My visit to the Wallowa Clinic was Amazing! I was suffering from a bad toothache and had Dr Follet pull one of my teeth about a year ago that was bothering me so this time I got in right away, the staff was friendly, helpful as always and Dr Follet is very good at giving the shots and immediately extracting the offending tooth that had been filled probably 50 years ago… Five stars all the way around!!! My extraction spot had stopped bleeding by the time I arrived home and I am feeling great today! This is a newly opened building and a greatly expanded clinic, the staff continue the same philosophy of personalized care along with very friendly and professional service to everyone. Dr. Elizabeth Powers, M.D., one of the attending physicians, is marvelous. Her knowledge as well as understanding of patient complaints and her care and concern of each individual provide us in the community with one of many superlative choices in physicians. Appointments are on time and there is minimal waiting, the building is modern, comfortable and appealing. The physicians are just wonderful as well as highly trained, and the staff is on par with every other clinic statewide. I was a walk in, but got good and thorough exam from Katherine Mayhew. She suspected a blood clot, sent me for sonogram, Negaitive, she called me. back to draw fluid from knee and check for infection, Am wating for culture results now, but i feel i was treated well and thorooughly--complete confidence in whatever diagnosis turns out to be.

My residence is in La Grande, OR., so I do not have easy access to Dr. Knudsen's office in Enterprise. For appointments such as lab reports, MRI's, xrays, and test results, we communicate by video chat. Dr. Knudsen always schedules these as soon as possible after the reports are in, and she is also very thorough in going over each report, making sure that I understand the readings, and if I have questions and/or concerns. Oh my gosh. I am so grateful for the recommendation to select Dr. Knudsen as my primary care physician after the retirement of Dr. Grandi. I saw her for the first time with a long list of physical and mental complaints after avoiding seeing a doctor for some time. She was thorough, patient, kind, empathetic, helpful, and just what I needed at the moment. I apologize for keeping her too long and making her late for her next patient. She developed an instant rapport with me. And of course most of my complaints resolved without treatment following our visit. Dr. Baker is great. I have a past history with doctors that have not been so great. It is created some trust issues. My current team of providers are all excellent though, including Dr. Baker. He is very professional and takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on. My experience working with him had certainly given me a new outlook on doctors and he has given me the space to be honest about all of my medical history without fear of repercussion. Dr. West, in my opinion on my first visit has a laid-back relaxed approach that is perfect for someone like myself that already suffers from anxiety just from being at the doctors office. I would give more than five stars if possible. This is a great clinic! I had my first appointment with Dr. Knudsen and she was phenomenal. She took extra time with me and and actively listened to me, provided insightful and comprehensive information, and proactively sought treatment solutions that worked with my insurance. I left with a solid plan of care and felt extremely encouraged. The clinic itself is quiet, comfortable, and timely. They also were able to get me in for an appointment within just a few days. I really respect the dentist, Dr. Ronald Le, with Winding Waters. I haven't had the best experience with past dentists, but with Dr. Le, he listens, he gives you all options, and he does everything he can to help you get the care you need, even if you can't afford it. He has currently been working with the Winding Waters billing team to investigate options for me as I will be needing a lot of dental work and I told him I have been putting it off due to not having $900 to put down. I was seen at the Enterprise Clinic yesterday for an ingrown toenail. When I called, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, despite calling during a holiday week. Since I filled out the online check-in, I only had to wait a couple of minutes to go back to a room after checking in. The nursing staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had never been seen by Dr. West before, but he put me at ease right away and performed the procedure quickly, competently, and with an excellent bedside manner. Dr. West has been my PCP at Cascades East Family Practice in Klamath Falls, OR for a long time. I'm saddened to hear he will soon be moving to Eastern Oregon / Enterprise; but am very happy for him and his family. They will be moving back "home" after his graduation from the medical intern program here in KF. He is a good listener; a thorough doctor and a good thinker and problem solver.
