The Oregon Health Authority is at the forefront of lowering and containing costs, improving quality and increasing access to health care in order to improve the lifelong health of Oregonians. OHA is overseen by the nine-member citizen Oregon Health Policy Board working towards comprehensive health reform in our state.

Building Healthy Families strengthens families through proven family education and support programs and helps create family environments that assure children’s school readiness, success, and life skills.

It is the primary mission of the Wallowa County Education Service District to furnish services, which support state and local efforts to provide an efficient and high quality educational opportunity for each public school student residing in the constituent local districts of Wallowa County Education Service District.

The InterMountain Education Service District serves school districts in eastern Oregon. The IMESD has more than 270 employees who serve nearly 23,000 students in 17 component school districts in four counties -- Morrow, Umatilla, Union and Baker.

Oregon Food Bank holds people experiencing hunger and food insecurity at the center of our actions and decisions. Our commitment to equity and racial justice shares our perspective on achieving equity and our promise to be led by people with lived experience of systemic oppression and food insecurity in a shared effort to eliminate hunger and its root causes.

OHSU is Oregon’s only public academic health center. We are a system of hospitals and clinics across Oregon and southwest Washington. We are an institution of higher learning, with schools of medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry and public health – and with a network of campuses and partners throughout Oregon. We are a national research hub, with thousands of scientists developing lifesaving therapies and deeper understanding.

NEON is a 501(c)3 nonprofit health collaborative serving Baker, Grant, Malheur, Morrow, Umatilla, Union, and Wallowa Counties in Eastern Oregon. Our mission at NEON is to create a healthier Eastern Oregon. We accomplish this by reducing barriers for both residents and the systems that support their health.

The mission of Community Connection of Northeast Oregon, Inc. is to advocate for and assist senior citizens, children, low-income persons, and persons with disabilities in attaining basic human needs and in becoming more self-sufficient.

Wallowa County Network of Care is a group of community-based organizations, with stakeholders from education, social services, healthcare, government and other community support agencies. We currently have 23 local organizations actively participating.

Life Flight Network is a not-for-profit patient transport service providing helicopter, fixed-wing, and ground ambulance transport throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Our mission is saving lives with industry-leading care and transport.

Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness is a full service, outpatient clinic that focuses on mental health and life enrichment needs for everyone in Wallowa County.

The Wallowa County Health Care District was formed in 1992 and is the governing body of Wallowa Memorial Hospital and Medical Clinic and Wallowa Valley Senior Living, a residential care facility offering assisted living and memory care. With an elected five-member board, the District meets monthly with hospital administration and the management team of WVSL.
