Whitney holds a master’s degree from Boise State University and has a diverse background supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults. She sees youth and children in both the clinic and school settings.
Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and navigating life transitions. She is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), and Polyvagal theory.
Whitney provides a safe, supportive space for individuals and families to overcome challenges, fostering lasting healing and positive change.
