Lisa Bronson, RN

Originally from East Tennessee, Lisa’s path to nursing has been a dedicated journey across the country. After earning a BS in Public Health from East Tennessee State University, she spent a decade in Nashville managing specialty practices in gynecology, psychiatry, and plastic surgery. It was during this time that she married her husband, a Joseph local and Army veteran.

Lisa’s transition to clinical care began in Colorado as a labor and delivery unit secretary, eventually leading her to Virginia, where she earned her ADN from Rappahannock Community College in 2021. In a whirlwind of a week, she passed her NCLEX and moved across the country the very next day to begin her nursing career.

Today, Lisa is a Nurse Care Manager specializing in substance use disorders—a role she truly loves. Outside of work, she is a dedicated family woman who enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and niece. When she isn’t at the clinic, you’ll find her cooking, scrapbooking, reading, or diving into a true crime series.
