My residence is in La Grande, OR., so I do not have easy access to Dr. Knudsen's office in Enterprise. For appointments such as lab reports, MRI's, xrays, and test results, we communicate by video chat. Dr. Knudsen always schedules these as soon as possible after the reports are in, and she is also very thorough in going over each report, making sure that I understand the readings, and if I have questions and/or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Knudsen, and Winding Waters Medical Clinic.

Oh my gosh. I am so grateful for the recommendation to select Dr. Knudsen as my primary care physician after the retirement of Dr. Grandi. I saw her for the first time with a long list of physical and mental complaints after avoiding seeing a doctor for some time. She was thorough, patient, kind, empathetic, helpful, and just what I needed at the moment. I apologize for keeping her too long and making her late for her next patient. She developed an instant rapport with me. And of course most of my complaints resolved without treatment following our visit. Dr. West, in my opinion on my first visit has a laid-back relaxed approach that is perfect for someone like myself that already suffers from anxiety just from being at the doctors office. I am giving 5 stars for Dr. Le, the Winding Waters dentist. I reached out to him yesterday as I chipped my tooth on Saturday, and by Monday, it was in some of the worst pain I have ever felt dental wise. He not only searched and worked with his support staff to see if he could get me in urgently, but DID so, and completed 2 root canals, last minute, on the two teeth that were infected from breaking. I really respect the dentist, Dr. Ronald Le, with Winding Waters. I haven't had the best experience with past dentists, but with Dr. Le, he listens, he gives you all options, and he does everything he can to help you get the care you need, even if you can't afford it. He has currently been working with the Winding Waters billing team to investigate options for me as I will be needing a lot of dental work and I told him I have been putting it off due to not having $900 to put down. I was seen at the Enterprise Clinic yesterday for an ingrown toenail. When I called, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, despite calling during a holiday week. Since I filled out the online check-in, I only had to wait a couple of minutes to go back to a room after checking in. The nursing staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I had never been seen by Dr. West before, but he put me at ease right away and performed the procedure quickly, competently, and with an excellent bedside manner. It's important to patients that you witness true respect between everyone on the team and you do so at Winding Waters Dental Clinic. Dr. Pierre was very efficient, gave great numbing shots, and did a wonderful job explaining what he was doing and what the next step would be. Going to dental appts is never anyone's favorite thing to do, but I highly recommend the entire staff here if you have a Dental need!
