Dr. Geoff Maly

Dr. Geoff Maly is an MD who specializes in family medicine. After getting to know a rural family doctor in Vermont during his college years, Dr. Maly knew he wanted to become a small town physician. He enjoyed the wide scope of practice (from taking care of newborns and the elderly, delivering babies, working in the clinic and in the hospital) as well as the ability to build relationships with his patients, their families and the community. Following getting his BA in neuroscience from Middlebury College in Vermont, Dr. Maly got his Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from Portland State University and MD from OHSU. He then completed a family medicine residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in Boise, along with a Fellowship in Obstetrics at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. Today he offers a wide range of services for the Wallowa County community, including wellness visits for people of all ages, obstetrical care, and many other in-office procedures. When he’s not working, Dr. Maly enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, skiing, biking, and enjoying the natural beauty that Wallowa County has to offer.
