Elizabeth Powers attended Vassar College where she received her undergraduate degree. She then went on to Stanford University’s Medical School where she received her Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Powers was then a resident at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). She worked here at Winding Waters Clinic during her residency which she finished in 2006. The following year Dr. Powers joined our team at Winding Waters. She is an OHSU Clinical Instructor and wants to instill a passion for Family Medicine by mentoring and teaching students and residents. Dr. Powers enjoys spending time with her Husband Nic, and sons Malakai and Atticus.

Excellent clinic and Dr Powers is the best! Very personable, extremely knowledgeable, listens to and explores patient concerns. She explains medical issues in a way that is easily understood and is appropriate for each patient.The Winding Waters Clinic and it’s staff are also friendly, personable and compassionate. Dr Powers is awesome! She will sit and listen to you with an open mind and provide several options to solve issues. She is not pushy. She is very knowledgeable and actually cares about her patients.
