Dr. Keith DeYoung, MD

Dr. Keith DeYoung is a family care doctor here at Winding Waters. He offers care for people of all ages for acute problems, chronic conditions, and general wellness. He is able to perform a number of procedures both in the clinic and in the hospital, Dr. DeYoung finds the lasting relationships he builds with patients to be the most rewarding part of his work. His patients can always expect him to do his best to understand who they are as a person, take a practical approach, and be efficient and timely. Dr. DeYoung decided to become a family doctor after realizing he wanted a challenging career that would allow him to help people every day. Following getting his BA in Sociology from The Ohio State University, he went on to get his MD from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. Subsequently, he completed his family medicine residency at OHSU. He decided to take his practice to Wallowa County because he has the ability to practice a broad scope of medicine in a welcoming community with amazing access to the outdoors. In his free time, Dr. DeYoung enjoys whitewater rafting, backcountry snowboarding, trail running, brewing beer, small-scale farming, traveling, and cooking.
