Elizabeth Powers attended Vassar College where she received her undergraduate degree. She then went on to Stanford University’s Medical School where she received her Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Powers was then a resident at Oregon Health and Science Univerity (OHSU).

Keith DeYoung moved to Wallowa County and joined Winding Waters in 2010. He first discovered this beautiful country while he was a resident at OHSU. As a physician in the community he feels privileged to be a part of his patients' lives throughout their lifespan and in all aspects of their care, from births, to routine office visits, emergency care, procedures, and everything in between.
Kathy Siebe

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Kathy and her husband moved to Wallowa county in 1981 and have had the pleasure of raising 3 kids here. She grew up in Walla Walla, Washington and enjoy golfing, hiking, and renovating old houses. Kathy received her nursing degree from University of Washington in Seattle.

Randi Movich

Registered Nurse Care Manager
Randi went to nursing school at Oregon Health and Science University, then has spent time working at Wayne Memorial Hospital as well as several years in West Africa working on health care issues. She now has brought her experience to Winding Waters.

Kristen Ruckdashel

Kristen Ruckdashel

Kristen has a BS in Liberal Studies with dual minors in business and English and a certification in Behavioral Health Coaching through the National Society of Health Coaches. An Enterprise High School alum herself, Kristen is an active member of the community with several roles in local clubs, organizations and scholarship committees.

Janet Graham

With a BA in Journalism, a Masters in Counseling Psychology, and a certification in Behavioral Health Coaching, Janet brings diverse experience and training to the role of health coach.
